Context

The Daara Barakatul Mahaahidi is a place of teaching, spirituality and community life. It needs a shared tool to manage its members, contributions and activities.

Mission

Provide a single platform, available on web and mobile, with interfaces tailored to each role.

Technical implementation

  • Backend

    Django organised in per-domain apps (accounts, information, finance, cultural, communication, social, conservatory, scientific, organisation); PostgreSQL in production.

  • Web interface

    React with Vite and Material UI: header, role-based sidebar, dashboards and pages per module; the daara's graphic identity (green, gold, beige).

  • Mobile

    Mobile app built with Flutter.

  • Files

    S3-compatible storage: documents and PDFs stay available after every redeployment.

  • Deployment

    Django service and PostgreSQL database on Render, migrations applied on every deployment, dedicated domain name.

Actions
  • I designed the business modules: information, finance, cultural (Kamil), communication, social, conservatory, scientific, organisation.
  • I built the Django API, the React interface (Vite, MUI) with a role-based menu, and the Flutter mobile app.
  • I put the platform into production (Render, PostgreSQL) and configured S3 storage so files survive redeployments.
